All of this is old stuff (mainly copied and pasted from various posts
by various people), but I thought I would repost since it would be
usefull in reference:

Her [Clarice Killian] force is made up of three components.
1 - an intrusion team designed to go into the meeting site and
eleminate security. They can't fight very well, but that's OK, since
their main job is to open the door for the second and third units.

For the first segment, I really like the idea of Tommy's Yakusa gang.
They're pretty well on the outs with everybody now, so any good score
they can pull off will help them re-establish their reputations. The
basically non-combatant aspect of their mission will appeal to Tommy's
ultimately cowardly nature.

2 - a combat team designed to pacify any resistance and kill the Inner
Circle. These guys will be hardened mercinaries. It's unfortunate
that all the good ones are taken. Macbeth's two flunkies are
laughable, and no other mercinary team has ever really had the chance
to develop. Well, we could use Banquo and Fleance and team them up
with a couple other mercenaries. I recall that we had Bruno and the
former Xanatos Goon Squad in "Fealty" way back in season 1, working
for the Illuminati. Not the same members that died in the sub in
"Monsters", but Bruno and Mandy (the female XCG) were there. We can
use them.

3 - a paranormal component. Clarice doesn't really want to use them,
since it means that things have really gotten out of hand, but she'll
have them handy if she needs them. Since we get to control what
happens, she'll need them. :>

Likely candidates:
- A Vampyr - the ones from Britain, not Vlad's kids.
- An Unseelie Halfling
- One or more robots (like Steel Clan or Valkiries) - these would be
under Clarice's control, as opposed to being full AI's. She'd keep
them as an ace in the hole since if she can manage to keep them
from getting damaged in this operation, she can use them later. It
would be really cool if one was actually an exo-frame that she used at
the last minute to get away.
- Kymera - if we decide to keep her. I think she's kind of neat (for
the reasons I mentioned earlier). I've also got some thoughts on how
to make her fit into the TGS universe a little bit better.
Ultimately, though, she's not really necessary.

Now, on to Kymera:
- I can easily rewrite her bio so she's a blue eyed blond, or an
albino half-asian half Africian American for that matter. How about
pale blond hair and violet eyes, which stay the same color regardless
of the form she's in. That's a nice visual motiff.

Kymera -

Appearance: a fairly young woman - probably a teenager. She looks
exactly NOT like a deadly assassin.

Abilities: several types of animal DNA have been spliced to hers,
allowing her to take on different characteristics based on need. When
she shapeshifts, she loses control of herself (like Wolf, but even
more extreme). To counter this she has been subjected to
hypnotherapy and brainwashing so that she's subject to Clarice's
commands (but Falstaff has an override. So does Sevarius, since he's
not stupid).

Personality: She's just a normal kid, stuck in a really bad situation.
She was an unwilling subject to this experiment, and has been told
that she'll be returned to normal if she helps her secret master
(Falstaff). She really has about as much chance of returning to
normal as the Labrynth mutates do. She's got it slightly better than
they do, of course, since she looks fairly normal most of the time.

* * *

I have one problem with using Kymera: she needs to appear somewhere in
the season before we use her and that would mean a minor rewrite of
one or two outlines (definitely the Dingo story) so she will be
introduced. If there was anything I overlooked when copying and
pasting this information, please add to it.

We have Clarice, who's a good general combatant and
tactitian (if a little on the stark raving looney
side). She's a good match for Hunter.

We need a big bruiser who's a match for Dingo. I'd
like to use a vaguely established character, and I'd
like to avoid going for something obvious, so how
about this - Falstaff got ahold of a Steel Clan robot
(maybe when Xanatos was selling them to the
government.) He also upgraded its brain with a Coyote
like artificial intelligence. It would be great if we
could think of an existing AI to plug in, but I can't
come up with one right now.

We need a match for Fang. My favorite bet would be a
vampyre. I could probably come up with a good
alternate to the Dracula legend if I put my mind to
it. We could just make him an annoying French vampire
with long blond hair. Everyone would get the joke,
and we'd never have to mention the name...

Then we need someone to counter Yama. How, bout a big
game hunter. He's trained in all sorts of stealth,
traps, sniping, and soforth. He was hired for his
intrusion skills.

Finally, we have Matrix. I actually have a pretty
good answer for Matrix, thoughtfully provided by "A
Matter of Trust." The bad guys have a copy of the
Matrix they managed to salvage from the Madox factory.
It's totally insane, and they keep it in a little
platinum lined box and only take it out for special
ocassions. One of the team members has some (faulty)
means to control it.

I'm not totally happy with that answer, since it's a
fairly cheep shot, but it will work if nothing else
does.

A couple of other good options are a stray Halfling,
or a Sevarius type Mutate
